1. YONA Day Experience

Price:

Private beds, sofas, and cabanas:

 *Starting from 50 pax we consider the booking to be a private (please refer to the below section Private Charter Terms and Conditions)

It’s possible to add some additional pax in each area, each additional person has to buy a Yona Day Pass. (Please find details of the Day Pass on the below page)

Yona Beach Club has a minimum entry age requirement of 14 years old for security reasons, and children below this age are not permitted on board.

*Credit to spend on area, can be use on food and beverage from the beach club menu.
Any expense out of the area will be extra charge.
Restaurant access is subject to availability, reservation is highly recommended.

Area: Access to bars, restaurant and pools ONLY. *

Price: 3,000 THB

* No guaranteed seating places and no private area, (private bed or cabana etc.)

Selling price rule:

The signatory accepts to sell with the given public price indicated in the agreement and shall not give discount, under any circumstance, except if given prior approval for Yona Beach Club.

Terms of payment:

• YONA Packages or YONA days pass must be paid before entering the boat.
• All the above are quoted in Thai Baht (7% Tax + 10 service charge included).
• If the guest did not make the full payment, the reservation cannot be confirmed.

Reservation:

• All reservations shall be subject to availability and confirmed by YONA Beach.

Cancellation & No Show Policy:

➢ By YONA:

• We reserve the right to alter or cancel the day on board due to unforeseen circumstances such as equipment breakage or failure, weather, or water routes that are unsafe to operate in. Should we cancel your YONA Day experience, an alternative date will be offered, or you will receive a full refund.

➢ By Client:

• A 10% set-up fee will be deducted for cancellations made more than 72 hours before the reservation date. Should you wish to change the reservation date, we kindly request to be notified with at least 72 hours prior the initial reservation. In this case no additional charges will apply.
• Cancellations made between 24 and 72 hours before the reservation date will result in a 50% refund of the fee.
• No refund will be given for cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation date or for "No show" reservations.

Special consideration:

• Our YONA experience is not recommended for Senior citizens over 70 years old, or pregnant women. If something happens, it would not be the YONA beach Club’s responsibility.
• People who are suffering from any medical or physical disability, high blood pressure or heart condition are advised to consult their doctor before joining the
  excursion.
• Guest under the age of 20 years old must be accompanied by parent or guardian.
• Alcohol will not be sold to minors under 20 years old.
• Please do not take any unnecessary belongings or valuables items during the YONA experience, as the company will not take responsibility for any loss or damage.
• Pets are not allowed on board.

 

Danger and other risks:

• Drugs and weapons are prohibited on board.
• Jumping on trampoline beds is not allowed, for the safety of all passengers.
• Jumping from the boat is prohibited.

Yona Beach reserve the right to exclude anyone not following the boat rules, putting himself or others at risk.

Cancellation & No Show Policy for Full or Partial Private charter:

➢ By YONA:

- We reserve the right to alter or cancel the day on board due to unforeseen circumstances such as equipment breakage or failure, weather, or water routes that
are unsafe to operate in. Should we cancel your YONA Day experience, an alternative date will be offered, or you will receive a full refund.

➢ By Client:

The YONA beach office should be notified immediately of any changes or cancellations. Once received, the cancellation date will be on this day and the
following terms will apply:

- For any cancellation made 60 days prior the cruising date; 90% of the net charter fee will be refundable. (10% set-up fee)
- For cancellation made between 59 days to 30 days prior the cruising date; 50% of the net charter fee will be refundable.
- Cancellations made less than 30 days prior before the cruising date; there will be no refund possible.
- For “NO SHOW” 100% of the charter fee will be charged

The YONA beach office should be notified immediately of any changes or cancellations. Once received, the cancellation date will be on this day and the following terms will apply:

Cancellation Policy:

More than 2 months prior to YONA experience: 90% Refund
1 month > 2 months before to YONA experience: 50% Refund
Less than 1 month prior to YONA experience: 0% Refund

We reserve the right to alter or cancel the YONA experience day due to unforeseen
circumstances such as equipment breakage or failure, weather, or water routes that are unsafe to operate in. Should we cancel your trip, an alternative date will be offered, or you will receive a full refund.

In the event of non-compliance with the laws or safety rules on board, YONA reserves the right to cancel the ongoing cruise and no refund will be possible. YONA is not responsible for the charterer, his associates, and/or its guests if any legal action from a third party is taken for the non-compliance of the law.

Maximum Capacity – Responsibility for Children – Health of the Charterers Party:

• The Charterer shall not, at any time during The Charter Period, permit more than the maximum number of guests staying, sleeping, or cruising on board plus, subject to the approval of the captain at his sole discretion a responsible number of visitors whilst the barge is securely moored in a port.
• If children are taken on board, the Charterer is solely and fully responsible for their conduct or entertainment.
• The Charterer is aware and acknowledges that the nature of a charter may be unsuitable for any person with a physical disability and/or who must undergo and/or have undergone medical treatment. By signature of this Agreement, the Charterer for himself and for all his associates and/or guests warrants sufficient medical fitness for all the participants of the voyage contemplated by this Agreement. The Charterer and all his associates and/or guests are solely and fully responsible to procure and undertake all necessary vaccinations and visas for the countries to be visited during the voyage.
• Swimming is allowed in the pool only at the charterer's own risk; YONA provides life jackets. In the case of not wearing any, we will not be held responsible for any incident that may occur.

Crew:

- YONA beach Group shall provide a suitable qualified Captain acceptable to the insurers of the barge and a suitably experienced Crew, properly uniformed, trained, and insured (“Crew”).

Use of the Barge:

- The Charterer, his associates, and/or guests shall always ensure that his associates and/or its guests comply with the laws and regulations of any country into whose waters the barge shall enter during this Agreement.
- The Charterer, his associates, and/or its guests shall ensure that no pets, other animals, or any potentially dangerous, obnoxious, or disturbing animate or
inanimate objects, goods, or things are brought on board.
- The Charterer, his associates, and/or its guests shall ensure that their behavior shall not cause any nuisance to any person on the barge and/or bring the barge and/or YONA beach club Group into disrepute.
- The Charterer, his associates, and/or its guests shall always demonstrate full and proper respect to the Captain and Crew.
- YONA Captain and Crew will do their best to satisfied customer enquiry but are the sole decision maker.
- It is prohibited to jump from the boat except within the rules of water activities.
- Drugs and weapons are forbidden on board.

Insurance:

- The company provides personal insurance covering all our guests for any unexpected accident that may happen during the day experience.
- Insurance require name and surname for each passenger prior boarding.
- Swimming at the pool is allowed at the guest's own risk, YONA can provide life jackets on board but in case the guest doesn’t use them, we will not be held responsible for any incident that may occur.

Damages:

- The Charterer himself shall be liable for any damages, costs, or losses caused to the boat or any third party.
