Timing:

- 10AM - 11AM:

• Taxi pick-up from the hotels*

- 11AM – 11h30AM:

• Boarding
• Welcome Cocktail
• Seated on Day Bed
• The Hype cruise begins

- 12h15PM

• Arrival at Coral Island (1h30 stop),
• Delectable buffet served on the way to Coral

- 12h15- 1h45PM:

• Enjoy swimming and the view of Coral Island.

- 1h45PM to 3PM:

• Sailing to Racha Yai Island.

- 3PM to 4h15PM:

• Snorkeling at Racha Yai Island. (1h15 stop)

- 4h15PM to 6h30PM:

• Cruise back to Chalong Pier
• Beautiful Sunset Time near Prompthep Cape (subject to the weather)
• The Party gets started

- 6h30PM:

• End of the cruise and disembark at Chalong Pier
• Drop off at the hotel by TAXI*

Insurance:

• The company provides personal insurance covering all our guests for any unexpected accident that may happen during the excursion. A copy of all guest’s ID
  or passport is needed for the confirmation.
• Swimming is allowed at guest own risk, Hype provides life jackets on board but in case the guest doesn’t use them, we will not be held responsible for any incident that may occur.

 

Cancellation & No show Policy:

• Any cancellation made less than 24 hours before the cruising date, the net charter fee will not be refunded.
• Cancellation made less than 72 hours before the cruising date, only 50% will be refundable.
• For “NO SHOW” 100% of the charter fee will be charged

 

Compensation:

• In the event that the guest did not make the full payment, the reservation cannot be confirmed
• We reserve the right to alter or cancel the trip due to unforeseen circumstances such as equipment breakage or failure, weather or water routes that are unsafe to operate in. Should we cancel your trip, an alternative date will be offered, or you will receive a full refund.

 

Special Consideration:

• Each trip is different depending on the tide levels and weather conditions.
• The timing may change, depending on the destination, the tide levels and weather conditions.
• Our trips are not recommended for Senior citizen over 70 years old, pregnant women. If something happens, it would not be Hype Luxury Boat Club’s responsibility.
• People who are suffering from any medical or physical disability, high blood pressure or heart condition is advised to consult their doctor before joining the excursion.
• Alcohol will not be sold to minors under 18 years-old.
• Please do not take any unnecessary belonging or valuables during the trip as the company will not take responsibility for any loss or damage.
• Pets are not allowed on board.

 

 Danger and other risks:

• Drugs and weapons are prohibited on board.
• Jumping on the trampoline is not allowed, for the safety of all passengers on the
  trampoline.

Charter Terms and Conditions, Cancellation Policy for Private charter:

The Hype Luxury Boat Club office should be notified immediately of any changes or cancellations. Once received, the cancellation date will be on this day and the following terms will apply:

• Over than 30 days prior to departure date, - no charges and no refund. Only postpone the trip to another date.
• Less than 30 days prior to departure date, - 50% of full charter fee
• Less than 7 days prior to departure date, - 100% of charter fee

We reserve the right to alter or cancel the trip due to unforeseen circumstances such as equipment breakage or failure, weather or water routes that are unsafe to operate in. Should we cancel your trip, an alternative date will be offered, or you will receive a full refund.

 

Cruising Area:

• The charterer is restricted to use the catamaran for cruises only within the cruising Area and only in regions within the Cruising Area in which the catamaran is legally permitted to cruise.
• The Charterers use of the catamaran is also restricted with regards to daily cruising
• time, which may not exceed seven (7) hours per day unless the captain at his sole discretion agrees to exceed said time.
• Special requests are available such as overnight charters, as to availability and Hype conditions.

 

Maximum Capacity – Responsibility for Children – Health of the Charterers Party:

• The Charterer shall not, at any time during The Charter Period, permit more than the maximum number of guests staying, sleeping or cruising on board plus, subject to approval of the captain at his sole discretion a responsible number of visitors whilst the catamaran is securely moored in a port.
• If children are taken on board, the Charterer is solely and fully responsible for their conduct or entertainment.
• The Charterer is aware and acknowledges that the nature of a charter may be unsuitable for any person with physical disability and/or who has to undergo and/or has undergone medical treatment. By signature of this Agreement the Charterer for himself and for all his associates and/or guests warrants sufficient medical fitness for all the participants of the voyage contemplated by this Agreement. The Charterer and all of his associates and/or guests are solely and fully responsible to procure and undertake to have all necessary vaccinations and visas for the countries to be visited during the voyage.
• Swimming is allowed at the charterers own risk; Hype provides life jackets. In the case of not wearing any, we will not be held responsible for any incident that may occur.

 

Crew:

• Hype Club Group shall provide a suitable qualified Captain acceptable to the insurers of the catamaran and a suitably experienced Crew, properly uniformed,
  trained and insured (“Crew”).

 

Use of the Yacht:

• The Charterer, his associates and/or guests shall at all times ensure that his associates and/or its guests comply with the laws and regulations of any country into whose waters the catamaran shall enter during the course of this Agreement.
• The Charterer, his associates and/or its guests shall ensure that no pets or other animals or any potentially dangerous, obnoxious or disturbing animate or inanimate objects, goods or things are brought on board.
• The Charterer, his associates and/or its guests shall ensure that their behavior shall not cause any nuisance to any person on the catamaran and/or bring the Catamaran and/or Fossette CO., Ltd into disrepute.
• The Charterer, his associates and/or its guests shall demonstrate full and proper respect to the Captain and Crew at all times. 
• Guests should not jump on the trampoline for their own safety.
• Drugs and weapons are forbidden on board.

 

Insurance:

• The company provides personal insurance covering all our guest for any unexpected accident that may happen during the excursion.

 

Damages:

• The Charterer himself shall be liable for any damages, costs or losses caused to the catamaran or any third party.

 

Reservation:

• Before the confirmation of the guest, all agents should check the availability of the catamaran
• All Reservations should be made by 6pm at the latest the day before the charter, for any inquiry after 6 PM, please call the mobile number to check the availability.
