Staff charges - applicable to all bookings:

$250 per staff member for 3-4 hour charter ($62.50 per hour thereafter)

1 – 20 guests = 1 x wait staff

21 –50 guests = 2 x wait staff

51 – 65 guests = 3x wait staff

 

*For cash bars – 1 additional bar tender is required at $250

 

*Additional wait or bar staff can be added at client’s request if wanting that extra level of service and would like someone walking around topping up drinks in addition to having the bar tender behind the bar.

 

Chef Charge - applicable to some menus (refer to top of each menu document for details)

Wharf Fees – are applicable to all bookings. $50 per booking. 2 required for boarding and disembarking

CONDITIONS OF BYO

We have a BYO Terms & Conditions Agreement which is required to be sent to each client when provided with a BYO quote. The organiser is required to read and sign this agreement and it is to be sent back to us along with the booking form to secure the booking.

NEW *Return Collection Fee - Guests are required to remove all leftover beverages, catering supplies or decorations at the end of the charter at Pirrama Park – a $250 collection fee is applicable if they wish to leave it to be stored and collected on another day

DJ, Bongos and Sax Player - POA - opt for some entertainment with a point of difference and really blow your guests away. This will be a talking point for months to come after your event!

Photo & GIF Booths – POA starts from $1000 for 4-hour event (modern digital options available)

 

Laser Clay Shoot - $1300 (daytime shoot rate)

Casino Tables - $800 per table including equipment and croupier for up to 4 hours of hire, bump in and bump out (Karisma can fit up to 3 tables)

*Aqua Pack – Lily pad, floating dock & island raft - $350 (save $100)

 

Spa - $250 (spa use only permitted with bookings of up to 48 guests maximum – *condition of survey)

*1 hour of use is guaranteed for all aqua activities/equipment on 4-hour charters and 2 hours guaranteed use for 5 hour charters

 

Event Styling/Florals/Cakes – POA. Karisma offers a range of lavish event styling options to give your party that “wow” factor and set up a perfect photo space for the event. A $2000 bond for every charter as security.

 

AGENT COMMISSION

15% commission is payable to agencies calculated on Vessel hire, BYO surcharges, food and beverages and everything from the Extras list.

Not payable on wharf, staff/chef fees

20% surcharge on vessel hire, food and beverages

Staff charged at double time

NEW YEAR’S EVE CRUISE -   $42,000 including GST for up to 65 guests

NYE BYO conditions will be as per below:

 Charterer must supply food and beverages. Ice, platters, cutlery, plates and cups will be provided for your use on the night. Please ensure to check if you require special items for serving as you may need to provide those if not on board already.

Substantial catering must be brought on board to adhere to liquor licensing laws whilst alcohol is being consumed (minimum 350gm of food per person over 4 hours, so they will need at least 600 grams per person over 6 hours)

Loading of majority of the beverage items for the event needs to be organised to be done the day or few days prior to the event.

Price includes 2 wharf bookings, use of galley facilities and on-board crew/service staff. Spa will not be operational on the evening unless arranged with booking agent prior to the day (permitted use only for groups of 48 maximum *condition of survey)

Beverages will be served and monitored by RSA certified staff members on board.

RSA laws will still be enforced to align with our Liquor License including a strict ‘no shots’ policy.

All BYO leftover items can be organised to be collected from the vessel at its mooring by the end of the following week. Any leftover items not collected within this time will be discarded at no liability of the operator.

 

*The staff provided will be there to assist with all things including monitoring and helping with the use of our facilities, helping to serve food where required, cleaning up and serving beverages.
