Cabaret Seawind 1000 XL - $1,700/ 4 hrs up to 20 guests Flat Rate  - extra crew included for all charters 15+ guests, free lily pad

Valid for the month of October only.

Weekends: $1,450 for a 4 hour* charter ($362.50/hour)

Weekdays: $1,300 for a 4 hour* charter ($325/hour)

Public Holidays: $2,000 for a 4 hour* charter ($500/hour)

New Year's Eve: $POA

Additional hours are charged at $300/hour on standard days, $400/hour on public holidays.

All base rates reduced by 10% during the off-peak season (May-September)

*Cabaret generally has a 4-hour minimum.  

Wharf fees (third party cost):

Wharf pick up and drop off: $20 per event

Additional charges for BYO* cook-your-own BBQ^ Charters:

BYO surcharge:  $100 (Note: if agents provide their own catering for charters this charge will still be applicable. Likewise, if Cabaret’s caterer is used we will still give the agent’s commission on the BYO charge.)? Ice: $20 (4 bags of ice installed in Cabaret’s eskies*).  

For groups who BYO but want help to cook, clean, and serve we can provide a host/hostess for an additional $30/hr.

Terms - we require a 50% deposit of the total charter fee to secure a booking and the balance 7 days prior to the charter with a $1,000 BOND.
